Loyalty Points Program Terms and Conditions

Program Overview:

• The Clorrr Tailors Loyalty Program offers customers a chance to earn and redeem reward points to enhance their shopping experience.

Eligibilty:

• The Reward Points are available to all customers who have successfully completed orders with Clorrr Tailors after 23rd Oct 2023.

Earning Points:

• Total order value will be considered as the amount paid by the customer.
• Customers will earn 10% reward points on the total order value, excluding Accessory.
• Points will be credited after the successful delivery of the order.

Redemption Rate:

• 1 point = 1 Indian Rupee (INR).

Redemption:

• Customers can redeem points on their next order while placing the order.
• Points can be redeemed after seven days from the successful delivery date (Order completion date) of the previous order.
• The maximum redemption limit per order is 10% of the total order value upto maximum 500 points, if available.
• If a customer's account has more than 500 points, they can redeem a maximum of 500 points for their next order, provided the order value is at least 10 times the points to be redeemed.

Points Expiry:

• Credited points will expire after one year from the date of credit, if not redeemed/used.
• For example, if points are credited on 30th Oct 2023, they will expire on 29th Oct 2024 at 11:59:59 PM.

Redemption Process:

• Customers can visit the store to redeem their points, with the following guidelines:
  • Points can be redeemed at the time of placing a next order.
  • Customers must wait seven days after the successful delivery date (previous order) to redeem more points.
  • Customers are allowed to use their reward points once every 7 days, if available.

Additional Earning Points:

• When a customer redeems points in an order, the redeemed points are deducted from the total order value. Points are then credited to the customer's account based on the revised order value after deducting the redeemed points.
• For example, if the order value is 5,000 rupees, and the customer redeems 500 points, the points will be deducted, and the order's total value will be reduced to 4,500 rupees. In this case, the customer will be credited with an additional 450 points for their next order.

General Conditions

• Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Clorrr Tailors reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to the suspension of the customer's participation in the program.
